My family and I love peppers because of how versatile they are. They can add flavor and crunch to any dish, or are great eaten raw. Whole peppers last a week or two in the fridge, making them a perfect produce item to stock up on.
Some of my many uses for peppers include:
- Slice in strips for: Snacks like Veggie Tasting Party, Wraps like Zucchini Hummus Wrap, Salads like Summer Bounty Salad, Sautéing in Sweet Pork Stir Fry.
- Dice for use in dips like Cowboy Caviar.
- Add them into your eggs in, Vegetable Frittata.
- Make them the star of the show as Stuffed Peppers.
