Serving Size: 1/2 of a 6 inch round flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 pulgadas) Pan plano de trigo integral
  • 2-3 cucharadas salsa para pizza
  • 1/2 taza verduras frescas como champiñones, pimientos, brócoli, zanahorias, cebollas, coliflor o repollo
  • 1/3 taza queso mozzarella, rallado

Instructions

  1. Precalienta el horno a 400ºF.
  2. Coloque el pan plano en una bandeja para hornear.
  3. Unte la salsa para pizza sobre el pan plano. Deje 1/4 "vacío alrededor del borde del pan.
  4. Agregue las verduras encima de la salsa.
  5. Espolvorea queso sobre las verduras.
  6. Hornee hasta que el queso se derrita y se dore. Esto tomará entre 8 y 10 minutos.

Tips

Agregue carne cocida a la pizza (como jamón cortado en cubitos, salchicha o pepperoni).

Agregue la piña enlatada en jugo 100% (escurrido).
