Ingredients

  • 1 (6 inča) pšenični kruh od cjelovite pšenice
  • 2-3 žlice umak za pizzu
  • 1/2 šalice svježe povrće poput gljiva, paprike, brokule, mrkve, luka, cvjetače ili kupusa
  • 1/3 šalice mozzarella sir, isjeckan

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 400ºF.
  2. Položite plosnati kruh na lim za pečenje.
  3. Na flatbread rasporedite umak za pizzu. Ostavite 1/4" prazno oko ruba kruha.
  4. Dodajte povrće na vrh umaka.
  5. Pospite sir preko povrća.
  6. Pecite dok se sir ne otopi i ne porumeni. To će trajati oko 8-10 minuta.

Tips

Dodajte kuhano meso u pizzu (poput šunke na kockice, kobasice ili feferona).

Dodajte konzervirani ananas u 100% sok (ocijeđen).
