Ingredients

  • 1 lata (15 onzas) Frijoles blancos (escurridos y enjuagados) (Cannellini, Great Northern o Navy)
  • 2 cucharadas zumo de limón
  • 2 cucharadas aceite (canola u oliva)
  • 2 clavos pequeños ajo picado
  • 1 cucharadita hierba seca (albahaca, perejil, orégano, romero)

Instructions

  1. Coloque todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o procesador de alimentos. Licúa hasta que quede suave.
  2. Sirva de inmediato o refrigere en un recipiente tapado hasta por 4 días.

Tips

Sirva con verduras cortadas o galletas saladas o utilícelo para untar para una envoltura o sándwich.

Tritura los ingredientes con un tenedor si no tienes una licuadora o procesador de alimentos.
