Ingredients

  • 1 lata (15 onzas) frijoles negros (escurridos y enjuagados)
  • 1 1/2 tazas maíz congelado, descongelado
  • 1 frasco (16 onzas) salsa
  • Totopos o tortillas de harina

Instructions

  1. Revuelva para mezclar los primeros tres ingredientes en un tazón mediano.
  2. Sirva como salsa para chips de tortilla horneados o enrolle en una tortilla de harina.

Tips

Pruebe otros frijoles enlatados como garbanzos, rojos o pintos.

Use 1 1/2 tazas de maíz enlatado en lugar de maíz congelado.
