Cilj je napraviti pola žitarica koje jedete cjelovite žitarice.

Hrana u skupini žitarica daje našem tijelu energiju koja nam pomaže trčati, skakati i igrati se. Postoje dvije vrste žitarica: cjelovite žitarice i rafinirane žitarice. Cjelovite žitarice imaju više vlakana. Vlakna djeluju poput metle u našim tijelima kako bi nam pomogla da se riješimo otpada. To nam pomaže da imamo zdrav probavni sustav i zdravo srce. Jedite cjelovite žitarice poput kruha od cjelovite pšenice, smeđe riže i zobene kaše.
