Save Food and Money: Turn Leftovers into Pizza

Though I personally love having leftovers at home because it means dinner is just a minute or two away, I realize leftover meals are not always exciting. Thinking creatively about how you repurpose leftover foods can help. I like to think of leftovers as ingredients that are already prepared. When I have a hankering for a slice (or two!), especially for lunch, Pizza Boats are a quick way for me to satisfy that craving.
