Ingredients
- 4 srednji krumpir
- 3 šalice povrće (smrznuto miješano ili sjeckano svježe)
- 1/2 šalice isjeckani sir ili nemasni svježi sir
Instructions
- Krumpir ribajte četkom za povrće. Vilicom probušite male rupe u koži.
- Krumpir pecite oko 60 minuta ili mikrovalnu pećnicu prema uputama za mikrovalni pečeni krumpir.
- Stavite povrće u malu tavu i dodajte dovoljno vode da pokrije povrće. Kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne postane vruća i nježna (ili mikrovalna pećnica 3-5 minuta).
- Podijelite krumpir na pola kada se kuha do kraja.
