Vegetables have lots of vitamins and minerals that keep our bodies from getting sick and help us get better when we are sick or hurt.  Vitamin A is found in orange and green vegetables. It keeps our skin smooth and helps our eyes see at night. Vegetables can be fresh, frozen, canned, or dried. Eat a rainbow of different colors of vegetables
