Ingredients

  • 3 žlice Koncentrat smrznutog soka od naranče
  • 2 srednje jabuke
  • 1 naranča
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Izmjerite sok od naranče, koncentrat u zdjelu.
  2. Jabuke operite i narežite na kockice i stavite u zdjelu.
  3. Ogulite i narežite naranču i bananu.
  4. Pomiješajte voće sa sokom miješanjem.
  5. Poslužite odmah ili čuvajte u hladnjaku do 3 dana.

Tips

Po želji dodajte i drugo voće: lubenicu, grožđe, dinju itd.

Naučite djecu od 5 godina i stariju kako rezati voće dajući im nož za maslac ili plastični nož, dasku za rezanje i voće koje se lako reže, poput banana ili dinje.
