Ingredients
- 1 1/2 funti pileća bedra ili grudi bez kostiju, bez kože
- 1/2 žličice čili u prahu
- 1/2 žličice kumin
- 1 staklenka (12-16 unci) Salsa Verde
- 1/2 šalice Voda
Instructions
- Poprskajte spor štednjak sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi. Stavite piletinu na dno sporog štednjaka.
- Pospite piletinu čilijem u prahu i kimom.
- Prelijte šalšom preko piletine.
- Ulijte vodu u posudu za šalšu, stavite poklopac, protresite je i ulijte u spor štednjak.
- Kuhajte na visokoj temperaturi 4 do 5 sati ili nisko 6 do 8 sati.
- Stavite piletinu na tanjur. Isjeckajte vilicom.
- Žlicom dodatnog umaka iz sporog štednjaka preko vrha isjeckane piletine.
Tips
Nemojte dodavati smrznuto meso u lonac. Odmrznite meso 24 do 48 sati u hladnjaku prije kuhanja.
Isjeckanu piletinu poslužite kao nadjev za tacose ili preko kuhane smeđe riže ili zelenila salate.
