Ingredients

  • 4 (8 inča) tortilje od cjelovite pšenice
  • 3/4 šalice isjeckani sir
  • 1/2 šalice kuhani grah
  • 1/2 šalice sjeckano povrće (kukuruz, gljive, luk, paprika, rajčica)

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte tavu na srednju. Poprskajte sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
  2. Na polovicu svake tortilje stavite 3 žlice sira, 2 žlice graha i 2 žlice povrća.
  3. Preklopite praznu stranu tortilje preko sira, graha i povrća.
  4. Kuhajte quesadille u tavi dok lagano ne porumeni s obje strane. To će trajati oko 2-3 minute po strani.

Tips

Koristite sušeni grah koji je kuhan ili konzervirani grah koji je ocijeđen i ispran.

Vrh sa šalšom, narezanim avokadom, isjeckanom salatom, običnim jogurtom ili dodatnim grahom i sjeckanim povrćem.
