Ingredients
- 4 (8 inča) tortilje od cjelovite pšenice
- 3/4 šalice isjeckani sir
- 1/2 šalice kuhani grah
- 1/2 šalice sjeckano povrće (kukuruz, gljive, luk, paprika, rajčica)
Instructions
- Zagrijte tavu na srednju. Poprskajte sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
- Na polovicu svake tortilje stavite 3 žlice sira, 2 žlice graha i 2 žlice povrća.
- Preklopite praznu stranu tortilje preko sira, graha i povrća.
- Kuhajte quesadille u tavi dok lagano ne porumeni s obje strane. To će trajati oko 2-3 minute po strani.
Tips
Koristite sušeni grah koji je kuhan ili konzervirani grah koji je ocijeđen i ispran.
Vrh sa šalšom, narezanim avokadom, isjeckanom salatom, običnim jogurtom ili dodatnim grahom i sjeckanim povrćem.
