Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 funti Slatki krumpir (3 srednja)
  • 3 unce nemasni krem sir (Neufchatel)
  • 1 žlica krušne mrvice

Instructions

  1. Slatki krumpir ribajte pod hladnom, tekućom vodom i osušite papirnatim ručnikom. Ogulite kožu sa slatkog krumpira. Slatki krumpir prerežite na pola po dužini, a zatim izrežite na komade od jednog inča.
  2. Stavite slatki krumpir u lonac. Pokrijte vodom.
  3. Dovedite vodu do vrenja. Kuhajte slatki krumpir dok ne omekša (oko 15 minuta).
  4. Ocijedite vodu sa slatkog krumpira. Krumpiru dodajte krem sir i zgnječite pomoću stroja za krumpir ili vilice. Pire slatki krumpir rasporedite u posudu za pečenje veličine 8x8 inča
  5. Uključite brojlere u pećnici.
  6. Pospite krušne mrvice na vrh pire slatkog krumpira. Pecite dok krušne mrvice ne postanu zlatno smeđe (oko 3 minute).
