Ingredients
- 1 1/2 funti Slatki krumpir (3 srednja)
- 3 unce nemasni krem sir (Neufchatel)
- 1 žlica krušne mrvice
Instructions
- Slatki krumpir ribajte pod hladnom, tekućom vodom i osušite papirnatim ručnikom. Ogulite kožu sa slatkog krumpira. Slatki krumpir prerežite na pola po dužini, a zatim izrežite na komade od jednog inča.
- Stavite slatki krumpir u lonac. Pokrijte vodom.
- Dovedite vodu do vrenja. Kuhajte slatki krumpir dok ne omekša (oko 15 minuta).
- Ocijedite vodu sa slatkog krumpira. Krumpiru dodajte krem sir i zgnječite pomoću stroja za krumpir ili vilice. Pire slatki krumpir rasporedite u posudu za pečenje veličine 8x8 inča
- Uključite brojlere u pećnici.
