Ingredients

  • 4 fileti lososa (po 3-4 unce)
  • 1/4 žličice sol
  • 1/4 žličice mljeveni crni papar
  • 1 cijeli limun

Instructions

  1. Podesite stalak pećnice na najvišu postavku.
  2. Zagrijte brojlere na visoke. Pokrijte lim za pečenje folijom i poprskajte sprejom za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
  3. Filete lososa stavite na lim za pečenje. Ravnomjerno pospite solju i mljevenim crnim paprom.
  4. Operite i prerežite limun na pola. Iscijedite sok preko vrha fileta lososa.
  5. Brojleri 5-6 minuta.

Kada koristite smrznutu ribu, odmrznite prema uputama za pakiranje.
