Ingredients
- 4 fileti lososa (po 3-4 unce)
- 1/4 žličice sol
- 1/4 žličice mljeveni crni papar
- 1 cijeli limun
Instructions
- Podesite stalak pećnice na najvišu postavku.
- Zagrijte brojlere na visoke. Pokrijte lim za pečenje folijom i poprskajte sprejom za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
- Filete lososa stavite na lim za pečenje. Ravnomjerno pospite solju i mljevenim crnim paprom.
- Operite i prerežite limun na pola. Iscijedite sok preko vrha fileta lososa.
- Brojleri 5-6 minuta.

Kada koristite smrznutu ribu, odmrznite prema uputama za pakiranje.
