Ingredients
- 1 tikvice (1/2 kilograma), narezane (oko 2 šalice)
- 4 žlice humus
- 2 tortilje od cjelovitog pšeničnog brašna (10 inča)
- 2 kriške sir (cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, švicarski)
- 2 šalice povrće, narezano (zelena salata, luk, papar, rajčica)
Instructions
- Zagrijte tavu na srednje jakoj vatri. Poprskajte sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi. Dodajte kriške tikvica. Pirjajte 6 minuta, dok lagano ne porumeni i omekša.
- Na svaku tortilju rasporedite 2 žlice humusa. Prelijte sirom i tikvicama.
- Vrh sa svježim povrćem po izboru. Preklopite u omot i odmah poslužite.
