Ingredients

  • 1 tikvice (1/2 kilograma), narezane (oko 2 šalice)
  • 4 žlice humus
  • 2 tortilje od cjelovitog pšeničnog brašna (10 inča)
  • 2 kriške sir (cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, švicarski)
  • 2 šalice povrće, narezano (zelena salata, luk, papar, rajčica)

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte tavu na srednje jakoj vatri. Poprskajte sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi. Dodajte kriške tikvica. Pirjajte 6 minuta, dok lagano ne porumeni i omekša.
  2. Na svaku tortilju rasporedite 2 žlice humusa. Prelijte sirom i tikvicama.
  3. Vrh sa svježim povrćem po izboru. Preklopite u omot i odmah poslužite.
