Ingredients

  • 1 limenka (15 unci) garbanzo grah (slanutak) ili veliki sjeverni grah (ocijeđen i ispran)
  • 2 žlice ulje (repica ili povrće)
  • 1 žlica sok od limuna
  • 2 žlice luk, sjeckani
  • 1/2 žličice sol

Instructions

  1. Grah zgnječite u maloj zdjeli dok ne postanu glatki.
  2. Umiješajte ulje, limunov sok, luk i sol.
  3. Ostatke stavite u hladnjak.
