Ingredients

  • 1 funta nemasna mljevena govedina
  • 1 srednji luk, narezan na kockice (oko 1 šalica)
  • 4 šalice krumpir (slatki ili bijeli), narezan na kockice
  • 1 limenka (14,5 unci) mahuna (ocijeđena i isprana)
  • 3/4 šalice sir (narezan na kockice ili isjeckan)
  • 1/4 šalice nemasno mlijeko

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 400 stupnjeva F. Poprskajte posudu za pečenje sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
  2. Mljevenu govedinu i luk kuhajte u tavi na srednje jakoj vatri dok se ne skuha.
  3. Stavite krumpir u posudu za pečenje. Stavite mahune na vrh krumpira.
  4. Mljevenu govedinu i luk rasporedite na krumpir i mahune.
  5. Sir rasporedite po mljevenoj smjesi govedine. Prelijte mlijeko preko vrha.
  6. Pokrijte folijom i pecite 1 sat ili dok krumpir ne omekša.

Tips

Da biste skratili vrijeme kuhanja, krumpir ubodite vilicom i mikrovalnom pećnicom 5 minuta prije rezanja. To će smanjiti vrijeme pečenja za 15 do 20 minuta.
