Ingredients

  • 1 limenka Crni grah s niskim udjelom natrija (ocijeđen i ispran)
  • 1 Jaje, tučeno
  • 1/2 šalice krušne mrvice
  • 1/4 šalice luk, mljeven
  • 1/4 žličice papar
  • 1 žlica ulje
  • Neobavezan kriške sira, listovi salate, gljive, luk, rajčica, kruh od cjelovite pšenice ili peciva od hamburgera

Instructions

  1. Grah zgnječite vilicom.
  2. Miješajte pire grah, jaje, krušne mrvice, luk, papar i ulje zajedno dok se ne sjedine. Oblikujte u pljeskavice od 4 inča. Operite ruke.
  3. Zagrijte tavu na srednjoj vatri. Poprskajte sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
  4. Stavite pljeskavice u tavu i pokrijte poklopcem. Kuhajte pljeskavice 5 minuta s prve strane. Okrenite pljeskavice i kuhajte još 4 minute s druge strane.
  5. Poslužite s opcionalnim sastojcima.
