Ingredients
- 1 limenka Crni grah s niskim udjelom natrija (ocijeđen i ispran)
- 1 Jaje, tučeno
- 1/2 šalice krušne mrvice
- 1/4 šalice luk, mljeven
- 1/4 žličice papar
- 1 žlica ulje
- Neobavezan kriške sira, listovi salate, gljive, luk, rajčica, kruh od cjelovite pšenice ili peciva od hamburgera
Instructions
- Grah zgnječite vilicom.
- Miješajte pire grah, jaje, krušne mrvice, luk, papar i ulje zajedno dok se ne sjedine. Oblikujte u pljeskavice od 4 inča. Operite ruke.
- Zagrijte tavu na srednjoj vatri. Poprskajte sprejem za kuhanje koji se ne lijepi.
- Stavite pljeskavice u tavu i pokrijte poklopcem. Kuhajte pljeskavice 5 minuta s prve strane. Okrenite pljeskavice i kuhajte još 4 minute s druge strane.
