Holiday season is right around the corner. Getting out the door on time gets even harder when you add a long list of holiday activities. The last thing I want to think about is how to entertain guests and feed them, too. Cue my favorite go-to breakfast during the holidays. Drum roll please… Easy Quiche. I love preparing it for holiday or family meals because it is a one-bowl recipe that fills guests up.

The secret ingredient in this recipe is the biscuit mix! It helps keep me full, and I can finally use that lingering box of biscuit mix in my pantry. Easy quiche not only helps me use this biscuit mix, but I can warm the leftover quiche up throughout the week for a quick meal.

This recipe is great to adapt to whatever you have on hand already; it pairs well with a variety of meats, vegetables, cheeses, and herbs. You can even add holiday leftovers such as turkey, green beans, or squash. I rotate my vegetables and spices throughout the year to match whatever produce or flavors are in season for a quick breakfast. Catch me using sweet potatoes, onions, and cheese right now!
