Ingredients
- 1 žlica ulje (kanola, maslina, povrće)
- 1 1/2 šalice žuti ili crveni krumpir, narezan na kockice
- 3/4 šalice paprika, narezana na kockice
- 1/2 šalice luk, narezan na kockice
- 6 jaja, tučena
- 1/8 žličice sol
- 1/4 žličice mljeveni crni papar
- Neobavezan: sjeckani avokado, sjeckano bilje, ljuti umak, kečap, šalša, isjeckani sir, kiselo vrhnje
Instructions
- Zagrijte ulje u velikoj tavi na srednjoj vatri.
- Dodajte krumpir u tavu. Pirjajte 12 minuta, miješajući svake 2-3 minute.
- Dodajte papriku i luk. Pirjajte 4 do 5 minuta ili dok se krumpir ne skuha.
- Smanjite toplinu na srednje nisku. Prelijte jaja preko povrća. Umiješajte sol i papar.
- Lagano umiješajte jaja u povrće. Kuhajte i miješajte dok se jaja ne postave i dok u tavi ne ostane tekućina.
