Ingredients

  • 1/2 žlice ulje (repica, maslina ili povrće)
  • 1/2 šalice luk, narezan na kockice
  • 1 češanj češnjak, mljeveni ili 1/2 žličice češnjaka u prahu
  • 1/4 žličice mljeveni crni papar
  • 3/4 šalice reducirana natrijeva pileća juha
  • 1/4 šalice Voda
  • 3/4 šalice instant smeđa riža
  • 3/4 šalice smrznuti grašak
  • 1 žlica sok od limuna
  • 1 žlica maslac
  • 2 žlice parmezan (nariban, mljeven ili isjeckan)

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte ulje u tavi srednje veličine na srednjoj vatri. Dodajte luk, češnjak i mljeveni crni papar. Pirjajte 2 minute.
  2. U tavu dodajte pileću juhu, vodu i smeđu rižu. Zagrijte. Smanjite vatru na srednje nisku, poklopite i kuhajte 5 minuta.
  3. Umiješajte smrznuti grašak. Poklopite i kuhajte još 5 minuta.
  4. Umiješajte sok od limuna, maslac i parmezan. Kuhajte, nepokriveno, 4-5 minuta, neprestano miješajući dok se ne zgusne.

Tips

Zamijenite omiljeno smrznuto ili konzervirano povrće smrznutim graškom.

Za obrok u jednom loncu umiješajte potpuno kuhanu piletinu, ribu, šunku ili škampe u koraku 3.
