Ingredients

  • 1 žlica ulje (repica ili povrće)
  • 1 šalica luk, sjeckani (1 srednji luk)
  • 2 češanj češnjaka, mljeven
  • 1 kutija (32 unce) reducirana natrijeva piletina ili povrtna juha
  • 1 limenka (14,5 unci) rajčice narezane na kockice
  • 1 limenka (15,5 unci) grah bubrega (ocijeđen i ispran)
  • 1 1/2 šalice smrznuto povrće
  • 1 šalica tjestenina od cjelovite pšenice (nekuhana)
  • 1 čajna žličica Talijanski začini

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte ulje u velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte luk i češnjak. Pirjajte 3 minute.
  2. Dodajte juhu, rajčice i talijanske začine. Zagrijte do vrenja.
  3. Smanjite toplinu na srednju. Dodajte grah, povrće i tjesteninu. Pirjajte dok tjestenina ne omekša (oko 15 minuta), miješajući i isključujući.

Tips

Umjesto mljevenog češnjaka koristite 1 žličicu češnjaka u prahu.

Prelijte isjeckanim ili naribanim parmezanom.
