Ingredients

  • 3 srednji avokado (oguljen i uklonjena jama)
  • 1 žlica sok od limete
  • 1/2 žličice sol
  • 1 čajna žličica češnjak u prahu
  • 1/2 šalice luk, narezan na kockice (1/2 srednjeg luka)
  • 1/2 šalice rajčica (narezana na kockice i uklonjeno sjeme) (1/2 srednje rajčice)
  • Neobavezan: 1 jalapeno papar, narezan na kockice

Instructions

  1. Zgnječite avokado sokom limete, solju i češnjakom u prahu vilicom ili maserom od krumpira. Zgnječite dok ne postane zdepasto ili glatko.
  2. Umiješajte luk, rajčicu i papar (ako koristite).
  3. Pokrijte i stavite u hladnjak na 1 sat. Služiti.

Tips

Koristite sok od pola svježeg vapna umjesto soka limete u boci.

Guacamole će se držati u hladnjaku do 3 dana. Površinu guacamolea čvrsto prekrijte plastičnom folijom kako biste spriječili posmeđivanje.
