Ingredients

  • 3 šalice suha tjestenina od cjelovite pšenice
  • 2 šalice svježi špinat, sjeckani
  • 1 1/2 šalice isjeckani sir (cheddar, parmezan, švicarski)
  • 1 spremnik (5,3 unce) običan grčki jogurt
  • 1/2 žličice luk u prahu
  • 1/2 žličice češnjak u prahu

Instructions

  1. Kuhajte tjesteninu prema uputama za pakiranje. Spremite 1/2 šalice vode za kuhanje.
  2. Stavite špinat na dno cjedila. Na nju prelijte tjesteninu. Promiješajte da se skuha špinat.
  3. Dodajte tjesteninu i špinat natrag u lonac. Dodajte sir i rezerviranu vodu za tjesteninu. Miješajte dok se sir ne otopi. Maknite tavu s vatre.
  4. Dodajte jogurt, luk u prahu i češnjak u prahu. Miješajte dok ne postane ravnomjerno i kremasto.
