Ingredients
- 2 cups fruit (canned, fresh, frozen)
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 tablespoons cereal
Instructions
- Wash fresh fruit, thaw and drain frozen fruit, or drain canned fruit. Cut into bite sized chunks.
- Put 1/4 cup fruit into bottom of four glasses. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt. Add another 1/4 cup fruit. Top with another 1/4 cup yogurt.
- Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon cereal.
- Serve immediately.
Tips
Used dried fruit, chopped nuts, sunflower seed kernels, or chia seeds instead of cereal.
Yogurt Parfaits are great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
