Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit (canned, fresh, frozen)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons cereal

Instructions

  1. Wash fresh fruit, thaw and drain frozen fruit, or drain canned fruit. Cut into bite sized chunks.
  2. Put 1/4 cup fruit into bottom of four glasses. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt. Add another 1/4 cup fruit. Top with another 1/4 cup yogurt.
  3. Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon cereal.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tips

Used dried fruit, chopped nuts, sunflower seed kernels, or chia seeds instead of cereal.

Yogurt Parfaits are great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
