Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat over medium high heat.
  2. Stir constantly with a whisk or fork until gently boiling and thickened.
  3. Remove from heat. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Tips

Use in Teriyaki Rice Bowl.

Use as a marinade for beef, chicken, fish, pork, or turkey.
