Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat over medium high heat.
- Stir constantly with a whisk or fork until gently boiling and thickened.
- Remove from heat. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Tips
Use in Teriyaki Rice Bowl.
Use as a marinade for beef, chicken, fish, pork, or turkey.
