Ingredients
- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 4 to 8 teaspoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Brush tortillas with a small amount of water (1-2 teaspoons water per tortilla).
- Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle tortillas with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Cut tortillas into 8 wedges (like a pizza).
- Lay wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool and store in air tight container.
Tips
These can be made in advance and stored.
Try whole wheat tortillas.
These are great alone or with fruit salsa.
