Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Brush tortillas with a small amount of water (1-2 teaspoons water per tortilla).
  3. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle tortillas with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  5. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges (like a pizza).
  6. Lay wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Cool and store in air tight container.

Tips

These can be made in advance and stored.

Try whole wheat tortillas.

These are great alone or with fruit salsa.
