Ingredients
- 1 package (15.25 ounces) white cake mix
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine cake mix, pumpkin, cinnamon, apple juice, eggs, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
- Beat for 2 minutes or until well combined. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake according to package directions or until a tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
