Ingredients

  • 4 ears of sweet corn

Instructions

  1. Remove husk and rinse corn.
  2. Place the corn in a microwave safe baking dish.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of water to the bottom of the dish.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open.
  5. Place the dish in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes per ear of corn. For 4 ears of corn, cook for 12 minutes.
