Frozen Yogurt Bark

April showers bring May flowers… and May brings warmer weather for spending time outside. This May I am running my first half marathon! With this extra activity, I need extra meals and snacks to make it through my day. One snack I have been making recently is Frozen Yogurt Bark – our May recipe of the month. It is the perfect snack after a long hot run.

Frozen Yogurt Bark is a flexible recipe. You can try different berry and nut toppings to find your favorite. I prefer raspberries with some chocolate chips and coconut flakes. You can even try a different flavor of yogurt for a new taste. If you want more or less Frozen Yogurt Bark, you can adjust the amount of yogurt up or down to meet your needs. Next time you need a cool easy snack, try out Frozen Yogurt Bark and find your favorite flavor combination.
