This recipe turned out to be very timely – just as 2020 has been a struggle for so many of us, this recipe was a struggle to get published.
The Food Waste Challenge at Justine’s Home
Two weeks ago, Christine shared the ways she reduces food waste in her home. I like the way Christine thinks of her freezer as a pantry and ensures that foods are coming out and being eaten just as often as they are going in.
