Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon crushed dried red pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in a storage container with a tight fitting lid. Seal tightly.
- Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
- Stir or shake well before each use.
- Use this mixture instead of purchased taco seasoning mixes. Measure 2 tablespoons per pound of ground meat.
