Ingredients
- 1/2 žlice ulje (repica ili povrće)
- 1 srednji luk, sjeckani
- 1/4 žličice češnjak u prahu
- 2 srednje rajčice (sitno narezane na kockice)
- 1 srednje zelena paprika, sjeckana (oko 1 šalica)
- 2 rebra celer, narezana (oko 1 šalica)
- 1/2 žličice sušeni origano
- 1 limenka (15 unci) crveni grah (ispran i ocijeđen)
- 4 šalice instant smeđa riža, kuhana
Instructions
- Stavite ulje u veliku tavu i zagrijte. Dodajte luk i kuhajte dok ne omekša.
- Dodajte češnjak, rajčicu, zelenu papriku, celer i origano.
- Poklopite i pirjajte dok povrće ne postane hrskavo, nježno (oko 5 minuta).
- Dodajte grah i pirjajte. Smjesu miješajte s vremena na vrijeme dok se ne zagrije.
- Rižu kuhajte prema uputama za pakiranje.
- Žlicom prelijte mješavinu povrća i graha preko riže.
Tips
Koristite limenku rajčice od 15 unci narezane na kockice (ocijeđenu) ako svježe rajčice nisu dostupne.
