Ingredients

  • 1 žlica ulje (repica, maslina ili povrće)
  • 1 šalica luk, narezan na kockice (1 srednji luk)
  • 1 češanj češnjak, mljeven
  • 1 1/2 šalice reducirana natrijeva pileća juha
  • 1 šalica instant smeđa riža, nekuhana
  • 2 šalice smrznuto povrće (brokula, mrkva, kukuruz, miješano povrće, grašak)
  • 2 šalice kuhana piletina (isjeckana ili izrezana)
  • 3/4 šalice cheddar sir, isjeckan

Instructions

  1. Zagrijte ulje u tavi na srednjoj vatri. Dodajte luk i češnjak. Kuhajte 2 minute.
  2. Dodajte pileću juhu. Zagrijte do vrenja. Umiješajte rižu i smrznuto povrće.
  3. Smanjite toplinu na nisku. Poklopite i kuhajte 10 minuta.
  4. Dodajte piletinu i sir. Stalno miješajte dok se piletina ne zagrije i sir se otopi.
